أشارت دراسة أجرتها مجلة ايستك سيرجري جورنال أن معظم النتائج الأكثر جمالاً فيما يتعلق بزيادة حجم الأرداف ذات علاقة وثيقة بالفخذ السمين العريض.

تبين من النتائج التي توصلت إليها دراسة حديثة نشرت في مجلة ايستك سيرجري جورنال ، وهي المجلة الرسمية للجمعية الأمريكية لجراحة التجميل أن خصائص الفخذ المثالية الجمالية لدى النساء تشمل الفخذ العريض مما يخلق محيطًا طبيعيًا لزيادة الأرداف. تمثل هذه النتائج تحولًا أساسيًا عن التفضيل المفترض تقليديًا للفخذين النحيفين وإظهار أهمية الجراحين في التجميل للنظر للفخذ من حيث المظهر وزيادة الحجم عند إجراء تعزيز لحجم الأرداف.

عمليات الأرداف ومقاييس الجمال

حيث كان هنالك أكثر من 1.5 مليون عملية جراحية تجميلية أجريت في الولايات المتحدة في العام الماضي. ومع تحول اتجاهات التجميل  الحديثة إلى المنحنيات المنحوتة والأكثر دراماتيكية ، الا إن عدد عمليات تعزيزالأرداف يستمر في الارتفاع أيضًا. حيث تم تنفيذ أكثر من 25.000 عملية تعزيز الأرداف في عام 2017  أي بزيادة تفوق 25٪ عن العام السابق. ومع ذلك هناك القليل من الأبحاث المتاحة لإبلاغ المرضى والجراحين عن تأثير شكل وحجم الفخذ على مقاييس الجمال الكلية بعد زيادة الأرداف.كما  أجرى الباحثون التحليل السكاني الأول لخصائص الفخذ التي ينظر إليها الرجال والنساء على أنها جذابة من الناحية الجمالية للتنبؤ بالنتائج الإيجابية لهذا الإجراء.

وفي عملية الأرداف تم استخدام صور التقطت لمريضة بالغة من العمر 27 عامًا ، قام الجراحون بتغيير الصور رقميًا لإنشاء فخذين بنسب متفاوتة وزوايا مختلفة. تم إجراء استطلاع على هذه الصور بين مجموعة متنوعة من الرجال والنساء من الولايات المتحدة وخارجها. حيث شمل الاستطلاع 54.4٪ من الرجال  و 45.6٪ من الإناث ، مع تمثيل جميع الفئات العمرية والأعراق. وجاءت البيانات الواردة على خلاف مفاهيم الجمال التقليدية حيث  فضل من أجرى عليهم الاستطلاع خيار أن يكون الفخذ بزاوية 170 درجة وبالتالي فإن قاعدة الفخذ تكن أعرض ما يمكن مع أكثر من 43 ٪ يفضلونها بشكل عام.

يقول الدكتور غرانت ستيفنز ، دكتوراه في الطب  ورئيس للجمعية الأمريكية لجراحة التجميل  وصاحب الدراسة. ” كانت الاتجاهات تميل في العمليات التى لا تحتاج الى تدخل جراحي والعمليات الجراحية نحو جماليات أكثر وضوحًا منذ وقت قصير، لذا فإن هذا لا يعد مفاجأة” كما أضاف قائلاً:”علاوة على ذلك ، كان التوازن والتناغم دائمًا رائجًا لذا إذا قمت بتعزيز حجم أو شكل ميزة واحدة فمن المنطقي أن توازن ذلك مع الميزات القريبة حسب الحاجة” .

في حين وصف العديد من المبادئ التوجيهية المفصلة للطرق الجراحية لتكبير الأوعية الدموية  إلا أن الباحثين تجاهلوا الفخذ على الرغم من قربه المباشر من الأرداف ولعبه دورًا هامًا في مظهرالأرداف. ومن خلال إجراء استطلاع لمجموعة متنوعة من الأفراد ، يسعى الباحثون إلى البدء في وضع مبادئ توجيهية تعتمد على السكان للفخذ المثالي وتحسين النتائج ورضا المرضى عن تعزيز حجم الارداف.

Aesthetic Surgery Journal Study Suggests Most Aesthetically Pleasing Outcomes From Buttock Augmentation are Linked to Thicker, Wider Thighs.

Findings from a recent study published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, the official publication of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS/The Aesthetic Society) found that characteristics of the aesthetically ideal thigh in women include wider thighs, creating a more natural contour from the augmented buttock. These findings represent a fundamental shift from the traditionally assumed preference for slender thighs and demonstrate the importance for plastic surgeons to consider thigh appearance and augmentation when performing gluteal procedures.

Last year, there were more than 1.5 million aesthetic surgical procedures performed in the United States. As modern aesthetic trends shift to fuller, more dramatic curves, the number of gluteal augmentations also continue to rise. In 2017, more than 25,000 buttock augmentation procedures were performed—an increase of more than 25% from the previous year. Yet, there is little research available to inform patients and surgeons about the impact that thigh shape and size can have on the overall aesthetic after a buttock augmentation. To predict positive outcomes for this procedure, the authors performed the first population analysis of thigh characteristics that men and women view as aesthetically attractive.

Using images from the operative photos of a 27-year-old female patient, the surgeons digitally altered the images to create thighs of varying proportions and angles. These images were surveyed among a diverse group of men and women from the U.S. and abroad. Of those surveyed, 54.4% of respondents were male and 45.6% were female, with all age groups and ethnicities represented. The data received concluded that contrary to traditional aesthetic perceptions, respondents preferred the thigh option with a thigh-buttock junction angle of 170 degrees and thus the widest thigh base with more than 43% preferring it overall.

“Trends in cosmetic nonsurgical and surgical procedures have been leaning towards more pronounced, curvier aesthetics for quite some time now, so this doesn’t come as a surprise,” states W. Grant Stevens, MD, President of The Aesthetic Society and an author of the study. “Further, balance and harmony have always been in vogue, so if you enhance the size/shape of one feature, it makes sense to balance that enhancement out with nearby features as needed,” he explains.

While many have described detailed guidelines for surgical approaches to gluteal augmentation, the thigh, though in immediate proximity to the buttock and playing a significant role in its appearance, has been neglected by researchers. By surveying a diverse group of individuals, the authors seek to begin to establish population-based guidelines for the ideal thigh and improve outcomes and patient satisfaction for gluteal procedures.
